Project Development International, has announced a double move in its senior management, with Mark Gillespie joining the Company as Managing Director (MD), and Donald MacLeod rising from Operations Manager to become Operations Director.  The moves come as part of PDi's ongoing growth strategy in a period of healthy expansion.
New MD Gillespie draws on over 20 years' experience in the oil and gas industry.  Gillespie joins PDi from GE Oil & Gas, where he served as SVP Wellstream Subsea Construction.  Before that he was MD at Aberdeen-based project management and engineering support company CSL Ltd from 2007 to 2010. This senior management experience, coupled with his long history in commercial and project management at Talisman, Technip and Centrica, make Gillespie well-suited to his new position at PDi.
Moving up the ranks is Donald MacLeod, who leaves his position as Operations Manager at PDi to progress to Operations Director. These management moves come as PDi embarks on its next level of growth, with a particular focus on Houston and the Gulf of Mexico.
Both Mark and Donald will be based at PDi Aberdeen.
