Mr. N. Ramachandran is a successful Indian Industrialist with a keen interest in the development of Sports as well as Philanthropy. He is the Founder, Promoter and Chairman of the Tattva Group headquartered in Chennai, India. Mr. Ramachandran is also the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia for the Consular districts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
As a sports enthusiast, Mr. Ramachandran has and continues to be actively associated with several sports organisations.
As Patron of the Squash Rackets Federation of India, he has been instrumental in making Chennai the “Squash Capital” of India. He has also pioneered and promoted Triathlon in India. In recognition of his contribution to Sports, he has been conferred with the following:
Apart from his business and sports interests, Mr. Ramachandran actively supports various social and philanthropic causes. He is the Honorary Secretary of Seva Samajam, an organisation devoted to the rehabilitation, education and upliftment of hundreds of destitute children. As President of Asia Pacific Down Syndrome Federation (APDSF) and Vice President of Down Syndrome Federation of India (DSFI), he actively promotes the cause of creating an inclusive society for persons with Down Syndrome.
T R Narayanaswami is the Co-Founder and Group Managing Director of the Tattva Group, who are headquartered in Chennai, India. He has charted the growth of the Tattva Group and its subsidiaries and divisions. A Post Graduate in Commerce, he is responsible for the formation and growth of the Group.

Mr. Narayanaswami has also conceptualized and formed Tattva Home Healthcare Private Limited, who operate under the brand name “One Life”. One Life offers exclusive home healthcare services, to cater to the growing needs of the Health Care sector in India.
Mr. Narayanaswami is also an Independent Director of Amara Raja Batteries Limited (Listed Public Ltd. Co.) headquartered in Hyderabad, India.
Apart from his business interests, he is an ardent lover of sports. He holds offices in both the Indian Triathlon Federation and Squash Rackets Federation of India. He is also associated with various community development and Corporate Social Responsibility projects through Down Syndrome Association of Tamilnadu (DSAT).
Mr. Narayanaswami is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and Young Indians (Yi).
Rajagopal is a Chartered Accountant. He has experience in asset management, financial services, risk management, structured finance and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining the Tattva Group, Raj has been with Grant Thornton, ICICI Bank and KPMG, in various capacities.
Mike Nithavrianakis has been a non-executive director of PDi since 2016. He is a British diplomat by profession with extensive experience helping UK companies to do business internationally. He was British Deputy High Commissioner in South India from 2009-13 and he has held senior positions, including as director for trade & investment, at the British Embassies in Greece and Saudi Arabia. Mike took a sabbatical from the FCO in 2013 to gain direct experience in the private sector. He is supporting PDi in its drive to expand its expertise in the international arena, including in West Africa, the Gulf and South Asia.
Ramesh Madhavan heads the Oil & Gas business division of Tattva Group of companies. As an expert in formulating strategies for the growth & transformation of businesses, Ramesh has been successful in the transformation of Results Marine group of companies. In his professional career spanning over 30 years, he has executed several critical projects with diverse teams in India as well as Overseas. He has served as the Joint Director at the Naval Head Quarters while serving in the Indian Navy & was previously the Executive Vice President at Sanmar Group leading teams and initiatives in developing new projects.
Ramesh is a Post Graduate in Controls Engineering from IIT Delhi and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai.
Michael is PDi’s Interim CEO. Michael has 25 years’ experience in the subsea oil and gas business. During that time he has worked in senior technical and executive management positions in specialist engineering consultancy companies and Tier 1 engineering contractors. Michael has a proven track record of technical innovation, management of organisational change, leadership and strategic business development.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
