James Miller joined PDi in 2019 and manages the Project Engineering team. A methodical, highly experienced and driven professional, James thrives on challenge and takes great pride in how his team offer reactive, expert project engineering and execution support to PDi’s range of operator, developer and subsea contractor clients. With an extensive track record successfully delivering projects across the subsea sphere, James has a particular interest in construction and installation, driving those all-important marginal gains through optimal management and understanding of his team’s technical strengths and personal attributes to ensure schedule optimisation. A positive, very well-liked team member who leads from the front, James sets an outstanding example for his own team and the broader PDi business.
