PDi formed
PDi established to provide specialist subsea engineering and project execution support to the global oil and gas industry
2003
First Renewables Project
PDi secured their first renewables project with the award of the audit for the Barrow Offshore Wind Project
2007
First Decommissioning Project
PDi complete their first decommissioning project which was a FEED study investigating decommissioning options for the Leadon field and associated pipeline bundles. This led onto the preparation and submission of the decommissioning programme and PDi played an integral role in the execution of the project offshore.
2009
Centrica Contract Agreement
PDi agree a framework contract with Centrica North Sea Oil Limited for the provision of project management and engineering consultancy services
2015
Tattva Acquisition
Tattva International Holding Pte Limited acquire PDi from the Ceona Group, signalling a new era for PDi
2016
UK Award Finalists
PDi and their client, Maersk Oil UK are finalists for the Decom North Sea Excellence in collaboration award.
2018
DeepOcean Agreement
PDi agree a framework agreement with DeepOcean Limited for the provision of Consultancy Engineering Services
2018
Appointment of Managing Director
PDi appoint James Drummond as Managing Director. James brings over 20 years of Subsea Engineering leadership experience, gained from businesses including Oceaneering, TechnipFMC and Lloyds Register.
2021
Awarded Hibiscus Petroleum Limited contract
PDi are awarded a Subsea Engineering Consultancy Services contract with Hibiscus Petroleum Limited, principally to support and assist the development and management of technical scopes associated with the West Teal field development, Teal Debottlenecking project, Marigold and Sunflower Field Developments.
2021
Awarded TAQA Bratani Limited contract
PDi are awarded a Subsea Consultancy Service contract with TAQA Bratani Limited following an extensive competitive tendering exercise
2022
Appointment of Global Business Development Director
PDi appoint Kirstie Langan as Global Business Development Director – Kirstie brings a wealth of business development, project coordination and operations management experience from organisations including TechnipFMC, Apollo and Helix Energy Solutions Group.

PDi advisory board established to provide specialist expertise in support of our 5 year growth strategy. The board includes Girish Kabra, Spirit Energy Asset Director North Sea & Netherlands, Stuart Cochrane of Ochter Consulting and David McEwing, Energy Partner at Addleshaw Goddard.
