Description

Responsible for ensuring that customer tender enquiries are responded to on time and to the highest quality through facilitating and coordinating contribution from the relevant individuals and departments.

Competency Required

Highly proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience Required

Preferred previous experience in similar role.

Qualifications Required

Responsibilities

Coordinate and compile ITT and RFQ proposal documents ensuring content is accurate, well presented and delivered to rigid deadlines.

Liaise with relevant individuals and departments formulating actions and completion of proposal content task lists.

Arrange regular progress update meetings with the relevant stakeholders.

Compile proposal and submit to client complete with relevant signatures and documentation.

Prepare and ensure completion of MPP’s, DRC’s and ITT due diligence, if applicable.

Ensure all proposal information is included in Business Development reporting.

Collate and update track records for different services.

Maintain a bid library archive.

Ensure CRM is kept updated.

Adhere to Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained.

Actively ensure compliance with approval limits and company contracting principles.

Manage post submission clarifications.
