Project Services

PDi’s resource pool includes specialists equipped with the niche PM skills needed to successfully deliver major projects.

  • Planning – Project Planners manage schedules using industry standard software including Microsoft Project and Primavera.
  • Cost Control – PDi employs Procurement Specialists and has established procedures for the procurement of products and services on behalf of clients.
  • Document Control – PDi Document Controllers ensure that all project documents, drawings and electronic communications are effectively controlled.

Bryan Smith – Project Engineering Lead

Bryan leads PDi’s Project Engineering capability. Bryan joined PDi in 2009, having previously held engineering roles with a major EPC contractor, and has supported a number of PDi offshore construction projects including the installation of two FPSO developments in Brazil. These projects included mobilisation and installation of all project equipment; moorings, flexibles, umbilicals and mid-water arches.
